We understand the importance of security and have implemented appropriate measures throughout our organization, processes, and infrastructure, to ensure the security of our platform and data. We are constantly working to improve our security posture by adopting a risk-based approach to prioritize tasks in alignment with our long-term security strategy.
Our security team consists of certified industry experts dedicated to keeping our systems and information secure. We use the latest tools and technologies to identify and mitigate potential security threats. We conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure that our platform remains secure.
While we currently do not have active bug bounty program, we encourage responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in our platform, we ask that you report it by contacting us. We take all reports seriously and will work to resolve any issues that are identified.
Refund policy
Reprint
If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged or in bad quality, please contact KreatePix.com Support and attach photos of the errors. Our team will inspect the errors and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible. That’s our Merchant Protection policy for making sure that reprints are issued if your customer receives a damaged product.
How does Kreate Pix handle refunds and returns?
All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, or color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Kreate Pix offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Please note that Kreate Pix will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued.
In case there are issues with the reprint, after receiving all the required information, a full order refund is placed to your account within 1-3 business days after notifying Kreate Pix support. We take full responsibility for the print errors. That’s our Merchant Protection policy for making sure that refunds are issued correctly.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
How do I cancel or edit an order?
If the order has been sent to production, it means that the order data has reached the printing stage, and the team may already be working on the order fulfillment. Due to that, it may not be possible to cancel the order free of charge at this point.
Canceling or editing order:
After placing the order the customer has up to 24hrs to do so. This includes adding or removing products, updating shipping details, or changing the shipping method.
